 About the Practice Founded in 2008, by Dr. Alexander Salomon, Crozet Internal Medicine is an independent, locally-owned medical practice. The advantage of this arrangement is that your doctor has total familiarity with your medical background. Like the hometown barbershop or hardware store, the relationships build on trust and personal service. Being independent allows your doctor to spend the time he needs to address your healthcare fully. In addition to offering superb outpatient care and accessibility, we have partnered with the Hospitalist staff at Martha Jefferson and Augusta Medical Center to coordinate inpatient care. We treat numerous conditions including Hypertension, Diabetes, Thyroid disease as well as providing Primary care, Geriatric care and offering such services as vaccinations and preventative physical exams.
